Very clean lobby and rooms, a basic no frills hotel. Shower had a slow flow, so hard to rinse shampoo and soap. We didn’t go anywhere else in the hotel other than the entrance/exit elevator and room. House keeping was very friendly, and happy to exchange soiled towels for clean ones. Would have liked luggage racks for suitcases. Cubby’s are okay for longer stays. Parking was good, but didn’t like seeing men drinking and playing music in the lot at night. It made us (two women) uncomfortable.

The bed was okay but squeaked.

The room is minimally appointed (no silverware, no dishes, no glasses), but I think that is what helps keep the price of the room relatively low. I'll take that trade-off.

clean quiet and comfortable ... very attentive front desk with any questions or needs ... really liked everything about our stay. Will, at the front desk, was very personable and learned our names and was terrific

The room was very clean and I had a handicap room and it was great, the bathtub was perfect. The bed was low to the floor, parking was great because no one was around. The staff was ok, not real friendly but did answer when I said hello. The reason I gave this hotel a one star on the amenities is because there are none. This is a clean, bare bones hotel with a $40 early check in fee. Seriously $40? I said never mind I’ll wait. I told the front desk clerk I was going to get a coffee to go when I was checking out and she said that’s fine, so I went to get some and there was none. Will I stay there again probably not because the staff was minimally friendly and no amenities but it’s very clean and quiet.

A very nice place to stay. We came into town for the Bristol race. We only needed one night and it was great! Very clean rooms and friendly staff at. Heck-in and check-out!

It was good... not great but good.

Upon my arrival, Will made me feel welcome to the hotel and to the town of Johnson City. The staff were hospitable, helpful, and friendly. The had everything I needed.

Do not recommend. We booked 3 months in advance and after we arrived, checked in and got to our room even after signing saying we had a 2 queen bed room for it to be a 1 bed. We had 4 people. When I called the desk they told me to go to Walmart and buy an air mattress. The shower had hair in it, water pressure was terrible and the towel hanging up was dirty in the bathroom. The worst experience I’ve ever had with any hotel.

Price for location and date.

Unfortunately they were the only place that still had kitchen suites during race weekend. They price gouged knowing they could, $850 for 2 nights. Then when we get there we find out they do not provide ANYTHING for the kitchenette, no silverware, no kitchen needs, not even soap for the dishes you have to buy. Also no extras in the room like tissues, shampoo/conditioner etc. The hotel was clean and in a safe area. We are used to IHG where they have everything you could want and need. Overall very unhappy with the experience.

Always a great stay. We usually have a big group and the staff accommodates everytime. Clean friendly
