Harrah's Joliet Hotel & Casino - A Caesars Rewards Destination

It was a lot of extra trouble getting into the hotel with all our baggage!

The bathroom needs to be updated! The tub is difficult getting in and out of it for older adults

The casino was a lot of fun, and we also had lunch at Cross Street Grill. The food was delicious, the prices were great, and it was such a convenient option right on site. Overall, we had an amazing birthday getaway and would definitely recommend Harrah’s to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing trip. We’re already talking about planning our next visit!

Overall property hotel and casino was nice I really didn't dislike anything

Staff were amazing, helpful and accommodating.

I stayed there on a Wednesday, there were only 2 “restaurants “ open. One was literally a snack bar. The other was a taco place. The rooms were nice. I’m sure I wasn’t there during peak time but thought it would be a better experience.

All good. Comfortable, large room. Right in the centre. Food at the hotel was tasty.

There was no amenities. Charged extra $15 at ck in for internet usage. No breakfast. No free soda or cocktails at casino

Everything!!! The staff at the front desk were very nice and welcoming. That I had to leave!

Rooms were very nice and big. The staff was very helpful with places to go eat outside of casino. Only issue was no nice place to eat. Restaurants were closed while there.

Sink had green algae by drain, shower had red algae on side wall. Could be cleaner

The casino. Bathroom was dirty and rug in bedroom was stained, we took pictures of the stain so we wouldn’t be blamed.

It’s very quiet and relaxing. Right now I’m walking on a walker and I love that the room is spacious enough for me to move around in.

It was nice to have a bathtub for a change. The convenience.of the property will always bring me back. See you next time.

Nice room, nice casino. Be careful you will probably get extra charges for something with no explanation. For this reason I would not recommend staying there.
