Comfort Inn Jonesboro

No.

The staff was very helpful in cleaning a mess that had been left in the room before we got there. They cleaned it quickly and we enjoyed the rest of our stay.

The lady at the front desk was super sweet, breakfast was good as well as hot, coffee was good, room was fresh and clean.

Good clean rooms

Clean facility, comfortable bed, nice breakfast and ease of getting back on the road

Everything

Best hotel I have stayed in in the past year

Great staff, soft beds, clean rooms! Very great hotel!

Clean room comfortable bed

Clean and comfortable Nothing Outdoor pool no hot tub

Location was convenient and the staff went out of their way to be helpful and nice. Cleans and comfortable room!

Comfy beds, large room.

Unfortunately, I experienced a mold like smell in the rooms. While the staff was super helpful and apologetic, we had to be relocated 3 times as the smell was overpowering.

Clean Nothing.

Gym ac terrible

One of our beds had a sunken space in the center of the bed

Pleasant stay. Staff was very helpful and polite. Room was very clean.

The hotel room we stayed in had a wet dog smell. It wasn’t as clean as I would have like. I saw not bugs which is a positive. Staff were helpful. Breakfast was the usual.

Yes Nothing

Walked into our room and it smelled terrible. The front desk got us a new room but said it would take 30-60 min to get one ready. This was at z6 pm and the hotel did not seem busy so not sure what’s the wait. They did get us a new room but it smelled like they sprayed it with febreeze. The ac unit/ fan was annoyingly noisy. Would not stay again.
