Incredibly convenient location. Can walk to and from the airport easily and walk easily to hiking trail at a park or walk to dining options. Not very fancy, but I'd stay there again.

We arrived at the hotel and were helped by a brand new gal. She was pleasant, tried her best to get things correct, and her trainer couldn't be bothered to help her when she ran into trouble. We finally got our room about 35 minutes. Immediately after getting to the room, we got a knock on the door. It was another new person who was there to "verify" our name as there was an issue with the paperwork. We gave name, she left, we went about our stay. The next morning we had several activities planned, so went about doing our day. That evening we returned with hot food since this wasn't available at the hotel, went to our room only to have someone else in it. We went to the desk. The guy at the desk said we had not checked in the day prior. We handed him our two key cards. He was argumentative, wanted to make several phone calls while we sat and waited for our good to get cold. After over an hour we were give a different room which he insisted was to be our room the day before. We had booked a single King and we got two doubles. The bath tubs in both rooms were filthy, had dirt lines in both tubs/showers that could have been easily removed. After our stay I contacted the hotel reference our issues, they were going to refund our entire stay, but to date I have not been refunded---that was more than 30 days ago.

Great updated rooms with kitchenet. Staff was great beds were super comfortable. Bar/restaurant was convient but the breakfast is way over priced.

Staff was wonderful with my dogs.

It was great

The hotel is in a good location near the airport. Our concern was we never received room service during the 7days we were there.

Great place to stay and you cannot beat the location. The restaurants food was good(wifey loved the wings) and they had a good local selection of beers on tap. The entire place has been updated and everything is new. The staff were nice and knowledgeable about Juneau. Had some issues with house keeping but they did have a brand new staff. Like I said everything is new lol.

Clean and new

Clean, nice rooms with friendly, helpful staff. The only thing I would recommend is since these are rooms with a kitchenette, there should be more dishes. There were only two plates, no bowls, and only two spoons but five forks. There was no dish rack to clean dishes, so we had to buy paper towels. I’ve stayed at other efficiency rooms that had these things. I’m hoping the Aviator Suites Hotel is working on this. Otherwise this was a nice place to stay, great location, and, again, the staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. I’d definitely stay there again.

Very clean room

Clean, staff were polite and helpful. It is truly a short walk across the street from the airport, so very convenient. Only negative was that their TV didn't connect to the internet so we couldn't watch TV. Tried calling front desk with some persistence but no answer. Otherwise a good stay.

Excellent service from the staff when we needed early check-in
-
The hotel was nice clean and was a very good price and right across from the airport

The room was clean and nicely appointed. The bed was comfortable, plenty of blankets. I liked that I was able to open my window for fresh air. I made coffee in the morning (one of the cups was dirty, though) but didn't use any other hotel amenities, like the restaurant. I would stay there again.

Staff was very helpful.

Within walking distance of the airport, so it's a perfect place to stay if you have a flight early in the morning. The room was really clean, and overall the property was in really good condition. Would stay here again.

Very clean rooms and property. The staff was very accommodating. Proximity to the air port was perfect for our trip.
