Best Western Kenner

3/5 . I booked a non smoking room. Upon arrival my room smelled like someone had just finished smoking cigarettes in there. I went to ask for another room and it was much better. The chair in the room was peeling and torn. The bathroom was too small. I did love the gym! The breakfast was not good but it was free so can’t complain. I liked that the staff left a note if i wanted my room to be cleaned while my do not disturb sign was out. I liked the location as well. Close to a lot of food places. Free parking.

the breakfast was good the eggs bacon and pancakes were hot and fresh. the pool was nice and clean my only complaints are that it was very hot around the hotel also it smelled really bad of cigarettes even in my room even though i booked a nonsmoking room and my son has asthma so that wasn’t fun. also there was a gecko in my room which i know is out of the staffs control

Not clean, staff terrible

Rooms were clean, housekeeping and front desk girl Raven very pleasant, the rest of staff was quite rude including management, and front desk clerk Robert went up to my girl when she was alone and asked if she was being properly satisfied and explained how he had eight baby mamas, the breakfast were horrible, outdoor smoking facilities were almost non-existent, pool was only open from noon till 8:00 p.m., and could have been much better maintained,

Very good

Very comfortable and spacious. Good breakfast. Check in was fast. Great staff. Surrounded by good eating places. Quiet area. Nice staff.

Other than being disabled person,I would have to try to get down 3 flights of stairs to evacuate, with my disability it limits me trying to go down so many floors ,safety first

They deserved the word BEST. Best Western Kenner is the place that all guest/ tourist are looking for. Staff are very accomodating and well professional as well.

All comfortable so great All great

All great

Weirdo manager that stands downstairs in the morning and harasses customers.

"Our room is so peaceful, clean, and beautifully arranged."

Very poor

Hotel can use some updating, curtain in our room was dirty, breakfast could be better. Lady at my check-in and the next day at checkout was amazing!! She was the most friendly and kind person I’ve ever had check me in before. (Wish I could remember her name).

Appreciate the complimentary water. Staff was nice.
