City Express By Marriott King of Prussia

Great place to stay. Especially nice to have food places within walking distance.

Hotels was perfect for what we needed for the weekend. No issues with very late arrival. Room was clean. Cleaning staff friendly

Breakfast staff very friendly

The gym was pretty fantastic. It was confusing to find the entrance and parking. Maybe a bit of better signage would have helped

The room is clean and big. The breakfast is average. There is no body lotion in the room.

Superb

The hotel is new. The hotel is clean and has basic amenities.

I wish breakfast were more choices and selections.

Very good

They should not advertise they have breakfast because that was not breakfast. They should be ashamed of themselves serving what they served.

The bed sheets were quite scratchy and made the bed feel a little itchy/uncomfortable, so that could definitely be improved. The staff was professional, but the service felt somewhat minimal and lacked the warmth and welcoming hospitality I would expect from a hotel stay. A little more friendliness and engagement would have made the experience much better. Overall, the property was clean and I appreciated the carpet-free rooms, but there are a few areas where the comfort and guest experience could be improved. Super close to shops and King Of Prussia mall which is a plus.

Hot; no one cleaned my room; ants in the room

The hotel smelt like old cigarettes.

The hotel's breakfast is terrible! the hotel is sketchy and weird people staying and surrounding areas. I actually did not felt safe at all.

Expensive but not cool they don't even clean that room every day

Clean, friendly, quiet

Yes the breakfast was fresh. And the parking was convenient.

Dumpy, didn’t seem like a Marriot Property. There’s no way the place was a 3.5 star hotel. Honestly, I give it 1.5 stars.

Very good

Very clean and comfortable. Can tell it was just redone. Wawa across the street was nice too. The gentleman that checked me in did not tell me about the incidental fee - he didnt say anything other then hi welcome and here's your room number. Would have liked a little more conversation. Also, a "supervisor" walked into our room shortly after we got in. No knocking - just walked right in, did apologize but didnt even explain who he was until after he heard me through the door say "who the heck was that" and he then yelled back "im a supervisor". Luckily for him I am laid back and understand crap happens but someone else would have made a huge deal out of that.
