Extended Stay America Select Suites Orlando Kissimmee

Would stay again 10 out of 10

The room was not clean. I had to request for clean lien. The dresser drawer wouldn’t close. The chairs were peeling and the room smelled horrible. I was very disappointed. The blind had tape on it and a piece was broke off. I will not return. It was a last minute stay and that’s hat kind of service I got.

Very good

The staff was extremely rude, they cancelled my weekend booking upon arrival. They denied me a refund, and offered me a new booking for a "new" price. The property was not only terrible and dirty, there were employees smoking right in front of the door where there was a clear no smoking sign. We had to leave and find a new hotel on the spot late and with two children. I do NOT recommend this location. When I called for a manager i was told their policies and rules are to their discretion per location. I have never had an issue and used to use extended stay america for every trip. We will never book with Extended Stay Americas again after this trip. She cancelled the reservation and when i mentioned the kids she said that was "not her problem".

The price was really good. The TV did not work

Bad

Very poor

Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had in my life. The room was disgusting dirt and trash in the floor. Horrible smells and black mold in the bathroom.

The hallway smells like you just walked in a kennel

I stayed here when it FIRST opened but under a different name. My, how things have changed. The building has a weird smell, the smell of body odor in the elevator was almost unbearable. Some slats in the blinds were broken, and the blanket on the bed is VERY thin. Walls are thin too, I could hear people talking in the next room and in the parking lot (I was on the 3rd floor). The hallway floor was greasy and slippery. I would NOT stay here again.

Location All about the inside room, abandoned, rusted fixtures, bathroom door was all damages by humidity, linnens where Thirty!!!

Location was great! Laundry facility was good The smell at the entrance and cleanliness was awful, like broken pipes with fungus . Luckily in the room the smell was pleasant . I choose this hotel since in other location near space center the facility was pleasant, but on this location at Kissimmee wasn’t good at all .
