Exceptional

Staff worked hard and were super friendly but clearly understaffed Cleaning was terrible. Shower was dirty on arrival, body wash was empty, no cups for coffee. when our room was made up the one time they took some of the dirt towels but never replaced them and didn’t refill soap or coffee station. Long waits for service even though the staff were working hard.

Couldn't tell you I booked a studio suite. They charged me for the suite. They didn't have one available so we had no where to stay. Haven't been refunded yet

The hotel and room were wonderful. However, the bed was like a brick. It’s the first time I have experienced that in a Marriott branded property. As a result, we did not sleep very well during our one night stay. Be aware that even though it’s not a downtown property, you have to pay for parking-pretty ridiculous when 2/3 of the lot was empty.

Everything was great!

Pool was closed but we were able to use the connecting hotel's pool during shutdown. Quite a long walk and the pool was packed as you can imagine, but was thankful we had the option. We pick hotels based on pool availability as we have a couple kiddos so we were happy to have another option when our hotel's pool wasn't accessible.

Very good

Only cleaned (barely) the room once in a 4 night stay. Didn’t take old glassware out never brought new. Very tight quarters for a King and little to no closet/drawers.

Great property. Nice staff. Hotel was clean and well maintained.

Room had a ceiling leak and we had to change rooms at 10:30 pm. Not happy

The staff was great, the location was excellent close to so many things. Nothing to do with staff, but parents letting their sons run wild. Knocking on doors and running. One hit my friends new car with a hard plastic disc. No respect for others. Staff was looking for the trouble makers.

Room was quiet, clean and bed was comfy. Fan in bathroom needs to be fixed.

Loved this hotel! Looked good on "paper", and it proved to be a perfect spot. The staff were helpful and friendly, especially Nate (I think I'm remembering his name correctly!), and Maria at the Bistro. Would definitely stay again.

The room was great and super clean. I did not like having to pay for parking. I live down the street on 130 th and Harrison. We stayed here for one night as a getaway and thought it was odd we had to pay to park
