Best Western Plus Landmark Inn

It seemed updated but it wasn’t It was noisy in a busy intersection, it was unkept and I had multiple bites! the door was broken on the fridge cubbie and the tv didn’t work

Easy checkin. Asked for handicapped room. Got end of hallway with no view.

I booked this Hotel for our Fall Foliage trip to New Hampshire in Laconia N.H. We were in Maine prior for 4 days. I read some reviews while in Maine . NOT GOOD ONES. I said to my husband everyone has their own opinion and expectations . When I booked the pictures helped me to book this Hotel. When we parked in entered to the front desk. I asked if I could see our room before checking in and the Woman said of course. My husband and I both loved the room. Looked just like pictures online. This Hotel I would definitely rate a 4 +

My only complaint was how thin the walls were - I could clearly hear my neighbors conversation.

The staff was very nice and friendly. Nice view from the room. Room was clean. Good breakfast. The walls need sound proofing. I could hear everything next door. Need a place for a soap dish and hand bar in shower. TV fuzzy the whole time. No covered area for car to unload luggage.

The woman at the front desk was really nice! The room itself was pretty good. The bathroom could have been cleaned a bit better but the main part of the room was clean. We did use the pool as well and that was a nice space. We would stay again!

All good Receptionist a bit abrupt, but she had someone else on the phone and waved us away. Should have been other way round

Loved the location. We stayed two times and both times the TV did not work correctly. Most channels did not come in clear. The hallway and room had a smell to them.

Pay attention when you check in to your room. We were in a rush and did not check the bedding, or room itself for cleanliness. We ended up finding vomit in one of the beds as well as on the floor. The bathroom was also not the cleanest.

HOUSE KEEPING WASN'T SO GOOD, THEY DID NOT EMPTY THE TRASH OR MAKE THE BED FIRST DAY, THEN FORGOT TO LEAVE TOWELS AN OTHER DAY, I TOLD THE FRONT DESK ABOUT A LEAKY SHOWER HEAD LEAKING AT THE PIPE AND THEY DIDN'T FIX THAT BUT MADE THE SHOWER VALVE SO TIGHT IT WAS HARD TO OPEN, SOME SORT OF MISUNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE FRONT DESK AND THE REPAIR MAN.

Room smelled kind of bad, like a gym locker room. There were holes in the blinds and the shade was damaged but it still worked. There was a lot of dust on the bathroom ceiling.vent. We ended up in a handicapped accessible room (we re not handicapped) so the bed was really low to the ground. Staff was good. Breakfast was good. Outside of the building and lobby looked nice.

Staff very nice. Had to deal with a bit of long line at check in but the desk staff was efficient and most helpful. I recommend some towels or gym wipes in the gym to help customers clean equipment. Breakfast decent. Quiet rooms . Will stay again.

Our room smelled stale, probably from the gross carpet.. ughhh…no one has carpets in rooms anymore… the TV had like 5 channels but and all had these lines going thru the screen… this place definitely needs some updating… will not return

Mold in rooms, air conditioning and bathroom. Ceilings were falling and paint coming off walls and ceilings.

Everything was great. Pool was a bit cold! Definitely would recommend

The bed was comfortable. The location was convenient The ice machine, soda machine out of order. The coffee machine in the room did not work. The sink drain was clogged, very slow draining. The curtains were torn to shreds and the shade would not pull down. The TV reception was poor with lines all through the picture.

It was a nice place to stay.
