Candlewood Suites Lafayette - River Ranch by IHG

Exceptional

Found two big roaches one in hall way and one in my room.

Location was ok and hotel room design was ok but the AC did not work in the hotel. Only the fan ran and pushed humidity into the room. The carpet and floor was wet. The windows of all rooms had condensation dripping. It smelled like mildew.

The first one I had mold on the toilet and tub in the shower. We moved to another room and they were feces smell on the couch. We reported that as well. The hallway, then the elevators seem like there were no maintenance.

It has a kitchenette Nothing

Exceptional

The staff was very nice and helpful. The property itself was very well maintained and there was no trash around. Parking was great. Nomatter what time I left the property and returned there was parking available. I will make Candlewood my stay whenever I'm in the area.

Not

Exceptional

This hotel was fine for the price but the a/c did not function properly and the carpet was wet due to the a/c issues. The room was damp.

Exceptional

No accessible outlet on the left side of the bed which I use that side of the bed for my CPAP. It was not a deal breaker yet if there were 2 people in the room, it may have been a necessity.

great stay

Friendly staff & cleanliness I loved everything

Everything in m room was damp when I arrived and so was all my stuff when I checked ou.

Close to where I was visiting. Relatively quite. Parking was not very convenient. Hard to get in and out.

Love that it is pet friendly. I would recommend using hard flooring instead of carpet in pet friendly rooms. The desk attendant was super nice and helped us find the hotel, because Maps took us to an empty lot. Use WAZE instead. Room was well equipped for a longer stay. We will stay there again.

Un hôtel étape, bien pour une nuit

The pillows weren’t the most comfortable, and we had an issue with the tv. But the staff was very helpful.
