Courtyard by Marriott Lafayette Airport

It was right by where my husband was having a meeting all week! Staff very friendly! Housekeeping was easy to work with also! Only thing we found a roach in room and while sleeping had a bug crawl on arm .. other than that shower was great ! Roach in room and bug in bed crawling on arm.

Key didn't work twice just after arrival but the staff did allow me to have late check out which was nice

Very clean. Room smelled great! Front staff was friendly and very helpful! Best time ever!!

The staff were awesome! The facility needs upgrading.

The first room I was given the door was unlocked and open. The second room I was given there was huge gap in the window and the window frame and was open to the outside. You can hear outside noise clearly

Upon arrival I was given the keys to my room once I open the door, I saw shoes on the floor and someone was laying in the bed so I exited the room went back to the front desk advised them that there was someone in the room room 114 they sent housekeeping to get the person out, they gave me another room. Room 102 , I went to that room open the door. Someone was in that room also terrible experience initially the front desk say that they would give me a refund for all the trouble, and I also saw an unknown charge on my card for snacks that I’ve never bought.

The Hot tub and pool area is a major disappointment which is what sold me while I was looking for a Hotel turned out to be nothing like photos

Everything, everyone was nice and professional. It was nicely decorated, clean, and comfortable. Enjoyed it. Nothing

Ac was broke changed rooms and other room was infested with ants

Disappointing

Very nice and clean but someone hit my car in parking lot That some one hit my cat while it was parked

This hotel was on the smaller side. Smooth check in, nice staff. You can tell that it's an older property with few renovations maybe. Elevator is old. Rooms were dark, no good lighting. Light switches were old and dirty. The sink is separate from the bathroom. Shower was filthy. We stayed for about 12 hours, wouldn't stay again.

The only great thing about the property was the location. I booked two rooms and didn't get was I what reserved. I had to wait 30minutes to check in.
