Super spacious room, large and comfortable bed, helpful staff. The shuttles to the park were also good and efficient. Nothing in particular.

Locality to Disney village. Extortionate car parking, did not expect to pay $27 a day to stay at the hotel.

Location and staff. I still have an issue. You guys took a deposit and 3 days after leaving you haven't return the money.

The room was clean. The shuttle service was easy to use to get to the Disney Parks. It is a bit of a walk from the drop-off stations to the parks, so be prepared. The hotel offers easy access to Disney Springs and the main road for non-Disney attractions and dining. Would stay again Not many food options and no clear instructions for ordering. There is one pool that wasn't huge, but there are lots of lounge areas around it

The hotel is inside the area of Disney Springs, and you can arrive to the stores and restaurants by walk. The hotel has a shuttle service, and you can get the hotel package with breakfast. The rooms receive cleaning service daily and include two water bottles per day. In general, we liked it, and it was a great option. This hotel is a partner of Disney, so you can enter to the Disney parks 30 minutes before. It is optional to get breakfast in your package. We decided to get it because the price was affordable, the breakfast was a buffet, and they had a waitress to serve juice and coffee; in the end, they charged us an 18% tip. We understand how tips work, but it was unfair because this person was only serving juice and coffee; we never received assistance carrying our plates, etc., and we had a relative in our group who cannot walk, so the service was not the best, and we didn't receive support. I can serve myself juice and coffee; I think it is not necessary to have a waitress for that. The shuttle was great; however, you need to schedule it to receive the service, and some buses are not available for ADA. And the shuttle park is so far away from the park entrance so we had to walk a lot. At that moment, we regret staying in this hotel instead of a Disney hotel like we did in past years; the Holiday Inn is a partner.

Loved the convenience of walking to disney springs. The staff was welcoming and kind. And I love the comforter and pillows.

It’s all about the location, all staff is helpful. The free drinks at the bar is really nice. Easy to catch the theme park and also shopping at Disney Springs !!! Everything seems good, but we found a couple of socks. I don’t know if someone left it or whom inside the room. Please tell the housemate double check again every day!!

breakfast isnt free with the stay, its a 21$ per person buffet. Should at least come with the stay imo. other than that, everything was good

We were here for a work seminar, the family came with an enjoyed the pool and how close the property was to Disney springs
