Comfort Suites Laredo

Staff and amenities were great

Exceptional

The location is great. The bed was hard as a rock

Excellent room super clean

Breakfast was ok, but very basic, no fruit, yogurt or ham available

The lady that runs morning breakfast is a very nice person

Everything was great

Property had a musky smell throughout and is not in the best condition. Bed linens and towels had stains and shower was not the cleanest.

It’s a nice Hotel, but starting to show it wear. However the price is lower than similar hotels, so well worth the stay. The staff is very friendly and I like that it’s kinda off the beaten path.

All was good except the lights in the bathroom quit working. And after reminding couple of times still was not fixed.

Clean room , shower was very nice with good water pressure.

Good area NA

Exceptional

I was disappointed with how the situation was handled. No solution was offered for the inconvenience. I expected better customer service, especially for something as basic as having hot water available for guests.

We loved it here, so quiet and peaceful. We loved the clean environment. I just didn’t like how small the trash cans have been.

It’s a decent hotel but it’s just not memorable. There’s nothing really that stands out about it.

Exceptional

I wish the room and amenities were updated.
