Clean hotel and room. Friendly and helpful staff.

Good

Once we arrived and check in, we noticed the room had water all over the floor coming from the AC unit. We were asked to leave the room so they could conduct a “maintenance” on it. Later that day, I asked the front desk clerk for pool towel and they never came. Not cool when traveling with 2 young kids.

Disappointing

I was very pleased to stay this time bc my Accessible Room was not given out to someone else. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
