Exceptional

The room was nice and clean. We stayed there because I had to be at the airport very early the next morning. When we arrived to our room there was a female standing by a car. The situation seemed sketchy. About an hour after we got in bed the female was outside screaming and cussing at a guy. Then she was outside talking loudly to someone. Once it was quiet and I started to fall asleep she started again. I got about one hour of sleep. At 1:30 I had enough. I got up, got ready, and left. This place is in a sketchy part of town. We were very disappointed because the place has security on site and they did nothing.

Booked the room a week in advance, but it took half an hour just to check in，Because I can't find the reservation information

Great resort with stay again

There were little bugs in the living room and bathroom and also the living room was dirty.

However, the only negative I have is: we had to cut our stay one day short, and was told by the front desk staff that a refund will take place accordingly, after I make communication with the third party being Expedia (you), I did follow thru making the contact with full explanation, only to be informed from you a couple days later that the hotel would not concede, and declined the waiver request. This is very discouraging and I am not pleased at all. The hotel staff assured me that there would be 'no problem'. Not a happy camper, and will never stay there again.

No continental breakfast was a little disappointing but only a little and the value for the money was great. The room was clean and very spacious for two of us on a work trip. Everything in the room worked great including the WIFI. I'd definitely stay there again.

I rented the 2 story King bed suite. The building must be learning because the shower doors and the dresser drawers seemed to be moving on their own...

It was alright

Room was large, AC worked very well, parking was free and convenient. The staff at check-in was friendly. The room was cleaned every day without prompting. The bed was fairly comfortable. Hotel is directly in the flight path, so planes fly over ALL day. There was no place to buy coffee on the property. The kitchen is a joke. There's no glasses or plates or silverware. The coffee machine in the room is terrible. The bathroom fixtures are loose.

Nothing. The room wasn't clean. bug infested. I saw some bugs when I first checked in my room. Ac wasn't working had to call maintenance. Also, They scammed me! I was Supposed to stay 40nights but They cut my stay short! And said They will Only give me 30nights. It wasn't even 30nights it was the 27th day And They Already canceled out my key card so when I went back to my room on The 28th They told me They checked me out And That They cut my stay short. Like wth???

This is our third time staying here and it has been an easy, comfortable experience every time. It’s walking distance to convenient stores and fast food restaurants if you’re not mobile. It close to the airport so it’s easy to uber/lyft if you need. Overall, it’s simple and has free parking!

no water and milk for coffe

Pools were supposed to be heated but they were freezing cold. Water pressure in shower was low. Air conditioner would not turn off. Stove top only works with the pots and pans they provide. Pots were very small. Parking was unavailable doing events on weekends. Restaurant on site doesn't provide breakfast on weekdays.

Great location near the airport. Reasonable rates. Nice amenities and good value.
