On line check in and self serve ‘key’ machine made things easy. Very noisy place in the central area.

My third time here. Everything was perfect. Nice beach & restaurants.

Beautiful property. One of the nicest hotels I’ve been too. We had the premiere king suite and it was beautiful. I had trouble checking in and a nice woman helped me when I kiosk didn’t work. They have free coffee in the west tower cafe if you show them your room key. It’s too big. We got lost trying to find our room and it felt like we walked a mile from the parking spot to our room in the west tower. The pool closes at 6pm which feels early.

Good, clean room. I would stay here again.
-
The room was spacious and clean. We will definitely stay here again in the future!
-
Needs better signage especially for eateries. Very hard to find what looking for.
-
Very few staff to help you trying to check in the afternoon but other then that very clean rooms and plenty of shops nearby

Booked the Mandalay Bay but they put me at the W. The hotel itself is nice but the gym is TINY for such a huge hotel. The first night we stayed there, I was woken up by loud drilling sounds at 7am. Way too early to be doing construction at a hotel, insane. We called to complain but it was already too late, it woke everyone up. Check in had limited people, we had to check in on a computer screen. Customer service is disappearing, such a shame.

Don't buy the meal add-on, most restaurants aren't included and the prices are double what you would pay outside the hotel so it costs more in the end. Very smoky smelling, hvac needs an upgrade. All the add-on charges drive me nuts, feels very scammy to be charged to store leftover restaurant food in the minibar fridge. Will not return.
