Sleep Inn Lexington

Friendly staff, good location.

They wouldnt allow me to stay

Good Good

The back area good use some serious cleaning, lots of trash debris strewn all around the ground.

The staff are always wonderful! The room was older, but the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. Decent amount of room. The location is phenomenal. There aren’t hotel toiletries.

The staff was amazing.

Nice location and clean

The bed needed new blankets and sheets. There was a cigarette burn on my blanket, I was in a non smoking room. The carpets need to be replaced they are stained .

Booking.com sucks I will never never book with you guys. You guys are sorry liars I sent all my information to you guys. You guys advertise stuff that is not true. You guys are pitiful. I talk to the front desk and ask them why they talk to you guys and they told me you guys always do that to everybody. They moved me to another room and it was the same thing I had to mop it clean the shower and you guys never got back to me. That it was dirty coffee was cold. I had to switch rooms and it was the same thing it smelled. It’s old nothing like the pictures that book it has.

The location was convenient and clean. Price was reasonable. The bed wasn’t comfortable. When we walked in at 10pm, for our first night, the air unit was set at 85. It took forever to get the room cooled down. We couldn’t go to sleep since we were sweating.

Very clean, comfy beds, quiet location, many different stores & restaurants near, service was above and beyond amazing. Josh was the most helpful and nicest receptionist. All the staff was great though! Also, pet friendly! Small pillows, but they was very comfy.

While I rated this property as "Good", it was excellent for our one night stop over on the way to Georgia. Enjoyed it so much that we stayed there again on our return trip.

Everything was good

Easy to get to While my room had been updated, the toilet was not. It was too low for my elderly body and was difficult to get on and off.

We loved the location! It was very clean with a hot breakfast Our “queen bed” was definitely a full size so it made sleeping arrangements interesting, the pillows were very small and our shower leaked out into the floor

They don’t have queen beds, only full size. Not accommodating to more than one person sleeping on a bed.

Just an overnight stay. Staff was friendly and efficient. In early evening and out the next morning.

It was the perfect place to stop for a night!

Great location Needs outside maintenance. The water pressure in the shower was terrible and it did not get really hot comfortable enough. The air unit was super loud and room never got really cold.
