This hotel was nice and the staff was very friendly. The amenities and decor could use updating and the indoor pool smelled so strongly of chemicals that the first floor was almost unbearable. The outdoor area was very dirty and rundown, however the inside was pretty clean. A fresh coat of paint and some new linens would do this hotel good.

The phone didn't work, the fridge was hot, the ac barely cooled down the room and they had the worst pillows I've ever used at a hotel. My son woke up with neck pain and had just as much trouble sleeping as I did. I had to go downstair to ask for extra bedding for the trundle bed, expressed what was wrong and the woman behind the desk didn't even bat an eyelash. I would definitely never stay here again or recommend it.

Greetings, I liked the hot breakfast and the extended hours for breakfast and check out. I enjoyed the inside pool because it was inside. I LOVED THE STAFF. Beautiful Souls The rooms are over priced. Rooms smells stale. The pool had a bunch of flies.

Love the size of the rooms, staff and cleanliness. We didn’t like the wet moldy smell in the rooms. We changed rooms and it didn’t smell a whole lot better. They need to take up the carpet in the rooms. AC was extremely loud and interrupted sleep.

I love that the location was convenient to the shopping centers. The breakfast wasn't that great. The potatoes were dry, and the whole fruits weren't fresh. I think they should have a wider variety of meats.
