The property was clean. It was supposed to be a one-night stay after a wedding but we cut it short to drive back home just so we could actually sleep. The bed and pillows were terrible. The bed hurt our hips and the pillows were hard as a rock. We attempted to get some different pillows but hotel staff advised they were all the same. It was so bad that after only a few hours of actually being in the bed, we decided to just get up and start driving back home. We also had an issue with our reservation/billing prior to our stay. We called several times and were advised only a manager could fix our issue. We were unable to speak with a manager as we were told there was not a manager currently working or there at the time of our calls. On day of check-in, manager again was not working. I was then given the email of property management and emailed them about fixing the issue I had but have yet to hear anything from them at the time of this writing (4 days).

Bartender was great. Very well located

Great for a quick night

The highlight is the staff. They are great

Excellent service and room set up. The coffee situation in the morning is tough. Having to wait on the bartender who is also serving breakfast took too long. Always great when there is a free coffee station for those still partially in our pajamas. (room coffee isn't always great and my spouse was still sleeping).

It was in a great location. The front desk clerk was really nice The bathroom in my room had blonde hair all over the floor. I’m African American with short black hair. The shower was not clean. It was awful.

I spent time in the lounge which offered a happy hour menu. The flat bread pizza was decent for the price and so was the drink but the best part was the service. The two gentlemen who had only been employed there for three weeks were friendly and offered great service. Cleanliness, well regrettably the hotel wasn’t as clean as I would’ve liked. The elevators were dirty and so was my shower floor. I was there for a staycation to review the hotel for my podcast and live less than 10 miles away so I went home to shower. Last but the reason that I rated the hotel so low was because my neighbor across the hall had a dog that barked all night long. I called the front desk who said they’d look into it but clearly didn’t because Yappy yapped the entire night. I didn’t get a wink of sleep. During check out I complained to the front desk who said nobody was supposed to have a pet on the floor because they hadn’t paid the $75 pet fee, which I was aware of because I read all rules and regulations before my hotel stays. I assured Breanna the clerk that there was indeed a barking dog across from my room. She asked me to show her which room the noise was coming from and was able to hear the dog barking. She said she’d see about comping me but wasn’t able to because I booked third party. I was offered $50 off a future booking but they charged the for the barking dog. No air in hallways!

We ran into a health issue and had to leave a day early. neither entity would cancel the 2nd night stay so we had to just leave at 8 am in the morning and not stay the 2nd night. Hard lesson to learn when things out of our control change our schedules.

Check in is on the fourth floor which is absurd. Thought I was running in to get key while leaving my 12 yo in locked car. NOPE! Come to find out have to go up to the 4th floor. No free breakfast after paying over 400 for the room. Insane!!Dead roaches in room on floor by door. Air did not cool down like it should . Took a very long time.
