Guest Inn & Suites - Midtown Medical Center

Please note that this hotel is quite old, and while it's kept clean, it's very dated. The elevator is a bit scary, as it moans & groans while moving. Housekeeping failed to clean our room (we were there for 2.5 days), and one of the 2 worn out towels that were provided had a big hole in it. On a happier note, the staff at the front desk were very friendly & helpful, and the continental breakfast was good. Especially if you like biscuits with sausage gravy. :-)

The room and facilities were in very good condition and well maintained. The staff was excellent!

Everything was perfect

Great location. Have been there before. Easy parking. Great Breakfast. Some of the staff could be friendlier.

Had a problem with one of the receptacles. Both my husband and I use CPAPs and only one of the plug ins worked. Staff very accommodating and gave me sheets and blanket to sleep on the couch.

Do not stay here unless you have no other choice.

The room was very comfortable. Wish there were outlets near the beds for customers who use breathing aids like oxygen. Personnel were extremely nice and helpful. The Hotel is next to a hospital so sirens slot plus helicopters coming in.

There for medical reasons. Location is great. Karen checked us in and she was great. Our room 219. The couch is there looked very dirty to me. The toilet is old and very low thank goodness for grab bars! There were bandaids on the wall by night stand covering a hole in the wall very disgusting to me. Then the air conditioner was on a whole different level! It was extremely loud when it kicked on and then when it would kick off it would make a loud moaning grind sound and the whole room just felt damp. Oh and no exhaust fan in the bathroom? Rough!

I didn’t stay. It smells like cigarettes. Awful smell really outdated. Couldn’t breath inside and left. Asked for a refund but they told me no.

Not much. Maybe it was across from raising canes Location, condition of lobby (smells like wet socks), elevator was in bad condition, room was in really awful condition. I didn’t feel comfortable to use the restroom or sleep on the bed. There was no comforter. We only stayed because it was late and we didn’t have another choice.

staff great. Building could use some upscaling. peeling wallpaper in hallways. Elevator, only one working. Staff was great.

Breakfast was ok rooms were ok. Lights barely worked in the bathroom, shower was well not the greatest, and room had a musky odor to it. SK in all it was ok.

Its an old building with a moldy mildew smell. Breakfast is minimal. My A/C wasnt working well. It was blowing barely cool air and none of the controls were working. It made for a sweaty night. There was actual hot water though. The elevator isn't certified since July 2025 and has a nice bump in the middle of your trip up or down.

I will stay there again
