Everything was great except their elevator.

The rooms were clean and beds were comfy. The breakfast was excellent!

It was close to restaurants.

Otherwise, a good experience.

This is a well maintained, clean and enjoyable hotel in which to stay. The breakfast assortment was really nice and the eating area was large with big windows, comfortable seating and newly remodeled. My room was clean, sanitized, comfortable and extremely quiet. I love that I could log-in to my own YouTube channel on the TV. Of course the bed was a bit too soft for me, but all hotel beds are never firm enough for my preference. I enjoyed a swim in the small pool...and above all, everyone I came in contact with at the hotel during my 4-day stay were friendly, helpful and kind.

Very small room for the cost. Room coffee maker was difficult due to lack of convenient plugs. Had to move it across the room. Room had no clock aside from microwave which was about one foot off the floor. Direction should be provided for TV usage. Free breakfast was definitely better than most.

This hotel is very nice, the breakfast was great and the staff was very helpful.

The only issue we had was that one of two elevators was out of order. We were on the 4th floor so we spent a lot of time waiting in the elevator.

The location was excellent; the property itself needs some updating. The room was clean and kept clean. The staff were super helpful!

Picked this hotel for the heated pool and hot tub, but the pool was freezing cold and the hot tub was out of order the whole weekend. Also, only 1 elevator worked so took a while to get places.

Hotel front desk staff was wonderful. Rooms were clean and typical for a chain hotel-nothing special but comfortable. Breakfast was good with a variety of food including eggs and waffles. Our complaint was we booked this hotel specifically for the hot tub and pool which were closed and not working the entire time. We were attending a work event and looking forward to an evening in the pool. If I had known, I would have rebooked at another hotel.

Breakfast was fantastic and the hotel was clean. One elevator kept needing to be worked on and the pool and hot tub weren't working during for several of the days I was there.
