The ppl were awesome. The hotel very outdated. There were spiders everywhere in the room. The carpet was old. The room has a lot of moisture in it.

The room and the common area were not well cleaned or maintained. The breakfast was pretty good but didn’t make up for the other issues.

Not clean - room had damage - sheets smelled musty like not completely dryed before use. Front Desk associate was very nice and efficient.

Shower had hair all over, stairs to the 2nd floor were filthy. Breakfast was decent.

Hotel was ok but the water in the shower did not stay hot long and the television did not work and there was hair I. The corners of the bath room.

Comfortable bed. Staff friendly. Location. Walls in room need paint job. Smoke detector had plastic wrap around it, I didn't notice until the last night. Told the desk when checking out. Upholstered chair and foot stool were stained. Was charged more than what I reserved the room for on booking,com. Didn't realize until after checkout

Lots of restaurant options and close to freeways I was charged an additional $100 fee for my service dog and vending machine ate my money

They don’t clean the hallways regularly enough. There was a crushed fruit-loop in the hallway for three days. The hallways also smell terrible.

Property is very dated. Breakfast offering was not replenished at the rate of consumption, and was not the highest quality food service. Limited elevators and non existent housekeeping.
