Extended Stay America Suites Denver Park Meadows

The location was close to where I had to work The room was disgusting. The floor had not been swept or mopped in who knows how long. I had to clean the bathtub in the room 2 times just to take a bath.

The room had multiple desks & ample space for possessions. AC & Heat worked well. Getting charged more than the weekly rate for 6 nights. Having to exchange towels, the one hand towel, one washcloth, 1 dish cloth & no dish rag at the front desk. No sink stopper for the kitchen sink to do dishes, asked but none available. Bathtub stopper broken so no bath or soak. Bathroom sink p-trap needed attention, slow drain. A few nights of quiet, 4 nights of loud arguing from the room next-door. Resurfacing the entire parking lot at the same time. Trying to checkout pushing a heavy cart multiple times throught the back doors with the roll ramp blocked.

The toilet in our room was disgusting, It looked like someone took a dump and didn’t flush it, it also made the room smell bad, the maids must have kept ignoring the toilet and just didn’t bother cleaning it,……

The room was nice and clean I only got one of my 2 rooms but I was charged for both.

We had a good stay and the location was excellent. The only problem was we had absolutely no hot water the entire time. Not even luke warm. And no hairdryer in the room.

Please enforce the NO smoking policy in the hotel. We constantly smelled that “skunky” oder of marijuana coming from a nearby room. Also, please have coffee available until at least 11:00 a.m. We went down to get a cup of coffee at only 9:45, and it was already put away.

Uncleanliness. Shower had hair and buildup around drain, didn't look like it was cleaned. Chair at the table was stained excessively. Black spots on comforter. Counter not clean. I wanted to leave immediately but didn't want to lose over 300.00. I was told I needed to contact booking.com to cancel and then after being on hold and speaking to someone for over an hour I was told the hotel had to cancel. Hotel didn't respond and I spent one night. The next morning I went to the desk and they cancelled the second night immediately.

It was very dirty and worn down. The woman working the front desk, Jane, was up all night partying in the room next to mine with several other people. They had the music playing very loudly, and people were screaming and yelling in the room all night long until 6 am. I recorded everything with my phone I didnt get any sleep and I was extremely nervous, scared and worried about what was going on in the room next to mine. I would appreciate a call back from someone in management. I have tried calling several times and I get transferred to a robot representative. It was very dirty and worn down. The location and convenience stores near by The beds were dirty the floor was dirty and the bathroom was dirty and very smelly

Breakfast was perfect for someone that runs about late all the time and staff was always helpful.
