Great stay. Loved it. Most of the staff was very helpful. There was one staff member that was rude and not very helpful. I feel that everyone else was great, so apart from the one older black lady, I cant remember her name, everything was awesome.

Everything except that the Jacuzzi was not working. The Jacuzzi was not working.
-
I would say staff did the best they could to try n fix all the issues. It’s just unfortunate I felt the hotel spent more money on the lobby to look nice but everything else was run down or not working properly. I would not recommend to stay here especially for the price we paid for.
