The staff was very friendly, accommodating, and helpful The room was very rundown and a lot of things need fixing such as the balcony door, shower head, tub faucet, bathroom fan, phones, remote control. Also, the breakfast buffet was good but can use more options.

Excellent staff, helped out when our flight was delayed.

The staff was rude and uninterested in doing their jobs or being friendly. The hotel rooms smell horrible, not clean, our sink backed up, our toilet was not bolted down properly, we had three people they gave us one towel and two hand towels, we called down to get more so they sent the robot, poor little guy got stuck in the elevator. We let them know , they said they'll bring them up. 4 hours later I go down to the desk the girl is playing on her phone. She was annoyed to help me. She piled on 6 towels and sent me on my way and continued her game play. The breakfast was so so, everything from the room to the lobby was not clean and had a smell. When we checked out the desk attendant was outside smoking, he came up to the desk, did not speak when we greeted him, clearly annoyed to be working, didn't ask about our stay nothing, refused to print a receipt and did not say even a goodbye. This was the attitude of everyone working the front desk. Do not stay here, Embassy suites has declined severely in this location.

The staff were very kind, accommodating, and friendly. The rooms are very spacious and clean, although we only stayed one night. The airport shuttle was a great perk as well! I would definitely stay here again.

Rooms were great and comfortable bed. Location was perfect for the airport and the staff couldn’t have been more friendly, a great stay.

Rude check in staff and an overall rough and dirty hotel.

I have been in this hotel last year, this year I booked it on last minute, we arrived at 11 pm, the room was next across from ice machine area, and next to service room, the air conditioner had a loud sound, also the shower was singing, we were there for only one night, breakfast was interesting as well.

I had to call numerous times for services regarding my room they had no food there only finger food I had to go outside to get food. One of the main reason I chose embassy suite is for the convenience of restaurant to not go outside and breakfast and bar. So I was so disappointed and I left a day early due to my flight and I didn’t get a refund

Room had wet floors, and one of the beds was wet. The Air conditioner is leaking water from the ceiling, that is what wet everything. Air conditioning filter was completely plugged up…. likely what caused the water leak… The coil was freezing up on the unit. When we checked in there were no luggage carts… It was evening there was hardly anybody there and they were just too lazy to go upstairs and get them or wherever they’ve been left by the customers. We asked for extra towels and check-in and some extra pillows because there was six of us and we were planning to use the hide bed… And needed the extra towels as well. I had to call twice to get anybody to bring them even after we ordered them right at the front desk. The floor smelled like you’re super strong in between the beds… And it was wet as well. We bought a little meat and cheese snack tray from the little convenience store in the hotel. We opened it. There was more than the cheese… We took it back to the front desk and they told us there was nothing they could do that. It was sold through a third-party. Messed up a nice weekend getaway for the family ….Very sloppy operation, we won’t be back.
