I liked the staff and the location.

The housekeepers on the 2nd floor are hardworking and professional. The reception staff are very helpful. Thank you for our pleasant stay

Room size was way too small than expected...we stayed for 1 night so it was manageable..but for longer stays the size of the room is too small. Rest all was okay.

Upon arrival, the garage elevator was out of service, requiring us to carry our luggage up the stairs without any assistance. When I inquired at the front desk, I was informed that the elevator had been malfunctioning for several weeks. Furthermore, we were unable to take a shower due to a lack of hot water the following morning. During checkout, I requested assistance with a cart for our luggage and golf bags; however, staff stated they were too busy to help and instructed us to handle it ourselves. Upon arriving in the lobby, we observed that there was only one customer being assisted, which contradicts the claim that the staff was overwhelmed. Given these experiences, I will not be returning to this property.

There weren't enough towels.

Very good

very central to all the k pop stores we wanted to go to to! Loved the location

Hotel was very clean, helpful staff, and located in a convenient location. The room itself was the only slight disappointment. While there was nothing wrong, it was very bare - no art on the walls, no headboard on the bed, and only one bedside table which was on the opposite side of the floor lamp the only lighting in the bed area. It worked well enough, but wasn't exactly comfortable.

Tiene una buena ubicación, muchos restaurantes cerca. Tiene parqueo.

Strategic location.

The parking was 10$ per car. The only downside was that the beds were a little to firm for my liking.

Gooooooooooooooooooooooood

I didn't love being asked if my credit card would cover the $200 deposit (more than one night's stay, BTW). I knew and expected this, since I travel often (I am a Platinum One Key member). It felt presumptive. Just take the card and run it. That's what preauthorizations are for. She basically asked me if it would go through. 🙄 That felt rude to me. I understand she may have encountered other people with declined cards, but good customer service wouldn't be to imply anything. It's classier to treat every guest with a clean slate. Keep your biases to yourself. The room was nice enough for me and my husband. There was mold on the shower tiles and the bed was pretty hard. But for one night, not a big deal.

The hotel was fine. The first room I was given had mold in the bathroom. I asked to change and the next room was better. The discount rooms are unrenovated and face a solid wall so there is no view and not much light. There was no safe in the room. The location was good, near Asian restaurants and stores. There was some riff raff hanging around the McDonalds parking lot next door, but no one ever bothered me.

The property is very basic meaning you have everything that you will need and it is clean. It is a bit old and since it is old there’s not a lot of power outlets but not a big deal because cleanliness is more important to me. One downside though is that the air conditioner is covered by a thick black out curtains so there’s not much cooling in the room. Staff is very helpful and accommodating. A lot of yummy food places around and the grocery across the street is very convenient. If you plan on exploring Korean town and West Hollywood this location is the best.

Convenient location

The WiFi wasn’t working and we found a cockroach in the bathroom. Not sure we will ever stay here again.

I'm doing it because the location is good.

Not a good place to stay. The beds are hard, the pillows are stiff and hard. Out wink was clogged. The little refrigerator leaked water all over the floor.

I enjoyed my stay at the Garden Suite Hotel. It was in the heart of K-town, which was great because there were lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. We stayed for three nights. Parking is on the side of the building and is in an underground parking garage. Please be careful going down, as it is very steep. Parking seemed safe, and each slot seemed to come with a charger if you have an electric car. We had very minimal interaction with staff other than checking in. We got a one-bedroom with a king bed, but it faced an apartment complex, so we didn't have the nicest view. I didn't mind because I knew we weren't going to be staying in the suite for a long time. The room was clean and tidy but fairly small. This is not a luxurious hotel, so do not expect much. There are not many amenities besides the restaurant on the lobby floor. My only qualm is that the walls are paper-thin. I can hear laughing and talking from other rooms, so if you have a crying baby or a loud group, this may not be the place to stay. Overall, I would stay here again but it wouldn't be a place to recommend to others.
