The internet did this some justice. Downstairs is nice, total different atmosphere when your on the way to the room. The people we came in contact with was nice but the room we stayed in was a different story. The rooms need to be updated, the sink was clogged and the bathroom wasn't what I thought it would be. I did speak to the front desk about the clogged sink and he said he'll put a order in but other then that I won't be returning.

Really enjoyed my stay here. The room was clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly. The pool was awesome. I also enjoyed the rooftop restaurant UCA, very good menu of food and cocktails.

The location was excellent, close to the metro and shops Breakfast was good, but just very oily Staff were lovely The hotel is old, but they ve tried to make it morden. Noise from the road wasnt pleasant The bed was very small and bottom beddings not so comfortable

The location of the hotel is where I wanted to be but the design of the room is really hideous. The platform around the bed is a tripping hazard waiting to happen as it’s not visible during the night time with lights off. Plus it’s really uncomfortable to get on and off the bed because of it. The bathroom aquarium is another thing. It’s not aesthetically pleasing to see your partner on the toilet while you are in the room. With glass walls it really looks like an aquarium with zero privacy. The counter in the bathroom sink is too low and uncomfortable to use. The room is uncomfortable for anyone but for children it’s even dangerous with sharp angles of the bathroom walls and the platform under the bed.

The room was very spacious and the bathroom was gigantic. A bit more furniture in the bathroom wouldn’t hurt, there’s barely any space to put toiletries. We were not able to use the pool because it was closed :(

Older hotel. It's been a few long years since they remodeled. That said it was a decent room in a decent area with a comfortable bed at a reasonable price. And the staff was great.

Exceptional

The biggest problem with this hotel and the room we stayed in is that the mattress was lumpy and soft, and it was not on a traditional bed platform. It was very close to the floor. I am of the age where it’s very difficult for me to get up off the floor, so every morning was a struggle. The shower and bathtub is also fully exposed in the middle of the room with no privacy. That was not just bizarre, but there should have been a warning about both of these issues in the posting of the room.

Nothing . The establishment is a hotel but they have kids/young adults running the front desk so you get a motel like experience when it comes to customer service . 1 to 1/2 stars are most . If you want luxury and good customer service, your search is elsewhere. Avoid Delphi at all costs if you value a nice stay . They have you d adults/children (like 18-20 years olds running the front desk). They are very rude abd childish. I would not recommend this hotel to a professional nor to a family. It is highly recommended that you stay away from the Delphi .

Close to the shops I would say very dated but good value for the price

I love the location, staff are friendly, and the hotel is nice. Coffe shop is closed during the day!

I like the lobby area. Very chic and tasteful. The room was modern and great for working remote. The bathroom shower was spacious. The breakfast & brunch restaurant on site (and service) was great! I would definitely return and visit the rooftop bar. The cost of parking for guests. The hotel is older & under construction on several high floors so pay attention when riding on the elevator.

I've stayed at this property many times throughout the years, even before it was the Delphi. And I must say that the new owners have really stepped things up! The pool and rooftop are one of the best venues in all of downtown L.A., in my opinion. The rooms are great! And the staff is friendly and helpful. And it is reasonably priced to boot. Highly recommend!
