Clean room but at first they put us in a loud room near patio and we had to change.

No commo

The room was big and clean. Breakfast was great. The staff was super friendly.

Cheap but very nice. Would stay again

Location is great!

The staff were the best part of the hotel! They were kind, helpful, and accommodating. The building facade lacked luster. It looked like an apartment building with a loading area. We were on the first floor and we were awakened at 1:00 am to a man sitting outside on our window ledge talking on his phone. I went to the front desk and the woman went out and chased them away. Turned out another man was sitting on another window ledge. I would not stay here again.

Lots of key trouble, kept having to get keys re-activated. Staff was good and the hotel grounds/common areas/rooms were updated and nice.

Bad

The room was clean and bed was comfortable. The room was very small. I paid for a parking spot and was told at the front desk that it is strictly valet, which is fine, but when I spoke with the valet driver he was very rude and acted annoyed that I asked him an quiet all because he told me I could park myself.

Location near convention center & close enough to eating establishments as well as 4th Street Nothing - did have a problem checking in with my credit card, but that was my problem, not the hotel’s. After resolving the problem (and my frustration), the staff gave me duration access to the VIP Lounge Room - which was appreciated.

Everything was great except for the laundry takes quarters and the front desk cant provide them and none of the nearby stores could give out quarters either

Had a cockroach in my room, when they switched me I got locked in the bathroom for 20 minutes. Was given free breakfast for this.

Ok first I don’t think the general staff are responsible for this-the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. It’s so poorly managed. Worst was coming back to our room to find the key card reader was dead. The staff said they had no other way to open the door. We were put in a room with a smaller bed and without all of my and my teenage daughters things. We were kept from our medications not just our belongings. We were told maintenance would be there by 7 am so despite not sleeping because I didn’t have my medication and had a migraine, I set an alarm to go down there. Then I was told he wouldn’t be arriving until 9. The manager happened to arrive because their restaurant was way understaffed for the huge festival that was in town and loudly complaining about how much she spent to make it ready. I told her about the situation and how I urgently needed into my room for my medications. She proceeded to say she had “already asked” the maintenance person to come in “early” at 8. Then she asked the woman at the desk to use a tool to break into our room. Didn’t work. she very condescendingly asked me if we could “go eat breakfast”. A breakfast you have to buy and have to make sure you can wait for two hours because one day there was only one person doing all of it-including cooking, and the next day no one had a clue what they were doing. She told me she fixed that-3rd day of a 4 day festival. I had to suggest the room be comped-bare minimum. Which is what they did. The minimum

The property itself was fine. The room was small but it served its purpose of just needing a place to stay I absolutely hated the 100% valet rule. The parking lot is just around the back and I’d rather get my own car. The valet employee seemed confused every time we asked for our cars back . You should expect to circle the block a few times before you find it. It’s on the corner but you can’t tell it’s a hotel during the day

Great location and not a bad hotel for price. But the parking is $30.00 a night. Everyone is nice though.

Some of the rooms are too small for comfort. Entrance way was very unclear. Valley service was appreciated. Have to pay for water.

Close to attraction price and staff very pleasant helpful

Thankfully, the second room was a completely different experience. It was much cleaner and more comfortable, and the beds were incredibly plush and luxurious. I slept very well once I was finally settled. The breakfast, however, left a lot to be desired. Next time, I’ll probably skip it altogether and make a Dunkin’ run instead. Overall, the second room saved the stay, but having to change rooms because of basic maintenance and cleanliness issues was an inconvenience that should have been avoided.
