The guest laundry room was apparently an afterthought because it did not look like the equipment received any attention, the connection to utilities were bare and appeared to be left incomplete, and the overall impression was that it was unsanitary. I had also anticipated that over the course of my stay, some attention to my room might be made: instructions indicated that towels left on the floor would be replaced, yet when I left, there was only one towel remaining in the shelf and the pile on the floor was significant. Water bottles and condiments weren’t replaced and the bed wasn’t straightened, so I concluded that I was the only one who had been in the room during my stay. Desk clerks were most helpful, however, providing appropriate information and adjusting my tenure on my unexpectedly early arrival. Overall I was disappointed in the standards for servicing guest rooms, and I do not expect to stay there again.

Staff was pleasant and helpful in every way.

N/a - Stand up shower had mildew surrounding base. Unattractive and uncomfortable using it. A few minor cosmetics areas could tell it’s an older property. Overall staff very friendly and helpful. Would recommend more fruit options such as apples or bananas instead of hard to peel oranges. Alternative meet instead of solely pork bacon.Lovely touch offering the chocolate chip cookies.

We booked a two night stay for a music festival in Louisville. Due to limited hotel availability in the area we selected this hotel. Upon arrival, the front desk clerk was friendly and helpful. It was also very apparent she was doing the job of four people. Upon entering our room, it definitely was not the quality we are used to with Hyatt. There was paint peeling in the bathroom, mold in the shower and the bathroom door would not shut because the toilet was set too close it. We did not opt for housekeeping again because it looked like the staff was very limited and there was no need for people in our room. On the second night, we got back late from the concert. The air conditioner box was so loud and made a horrible rattle. It woke us up every time it kicked on and off. Around 6 AM I woke up for good and decided to check the bed bc I felt very uncomfortable all around. And when I did, I found bedbugs. We’ve never left a hotel so quickly! Again the front staff was very friendly and addressed our concerns. However, this will not be a hotel we would recommend or ever stay at again.

Light where coffee maker was didn’t work neither did coffee maker. Told staff they checked breakers still didn’t fix it. The hotel needs updated. Dirty carpet, couch and blinds in room. Barely enough room to open door where toilet was. Shower filled tub and was slow to drain. Breakfast could use some grab and go items. Room only cleaned if you stay more than 2 nights. Very disappointing for $250 a night.

Pictures are deceiving. Room are fair to good at best. The desk chair was broken, the bathroom had very poor lighting and the comforter had seen better days. Rooms really need some renovation.

Homemade cookies in the lobby around check in time were delicious .The pool could have been cleaner but it was not nasty or anything. The breakfast was calories... The “eggs” were protein…

Everything was great during my stay. Staff was extremely nice and helpful and property was very clean.

I liked how the front desk lady was so incredibly sweet and helpful plus they had a streaming tv which was great as well. Unfortunately the bathroom had a pink bacteria/mold on the ceiling. The window unit hardly blew any air so it took over six hours to drop two degrees. It was so bad I called the front desk thinking the ac was locked at a temperature. Nope, just bad airflow coming from the unit. Thankfully the front desk lady was able to bring us a fan which helped a lot. The place was covered in ants too which was odd. They were in the bathroom, all over the carpet, on the couch and in the bed. For how much I paid for this room I was expecting something without bugs or mold. Oh and the bathroom was horribly designed due to the toilet being a half inch from the door.

The lobby, elevator and rooms smelled bleach fresh. The in-room carpets were well-worn and had stains. Had to change rooms twice for water problems during my 2 night stay. Staff offered a microwave and water for the trouble. Breakfast was hot and fresh and well-maintained. Friendly staff.

Everything ! My kids wanted to swim in the morning before checkout and the pool didn’t open until noon that day for some reason : (

I really enjoyed the layout with the divider between sofa bed and bedroom. The broken ice machine. It worked fine the first day, however, it experienced mechanical issues later. Overall great stay.
