Nice and quiet toward the far end of whiskey row. If you want to be in the middle of the action this isn’t for you, but if you want a more reasonably priced, quiet, yet still accessible option this is great. Staff were excellent and rooms are well appointed. If you’re flexible about the location this was a great stay, especially close to Michter’s for early morning drops.

House keeping didn't come until after 5:30pm. They didn't even vacuum the floor, put more coffee, or makeup wipes in the room. It didn't seem like the floor had been vacuumed well when we got there and we didn't have any body wash in the shower. We did like the fact they had umbrellas we could borrow because it was raining. We had to pay $24 to park our own car and parking is offside. Steve at the bar was awesome. He was very personable and made all of us individized drinks based on what we told him we liked. They were delicious.

My wife loved the fact the elevator had to be used to ascend using keycards. We only thought the parking was a $25 fee for the time we were there NOT everyday. We would use again.

It was very nice hotel.

Everything was great. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and updates. Breakfast was exceptional for free hotel breakfast. Traveling with and infant was made easy with the onsite amenities. Definitely will be staying again.

We just got back from the trip to Kentucky where we stayed at the TownePlace Suites. This was one of the best run hotels I have been to in many years. Every member of the staff was friendly and professional and I was able to interact with them on a daily basis. I was able to see how they reacted to non Hotel guests attempting to make use of the facilities and they did so with friendliness humor and aplomb. On the first day christian helped us yet all of the equipment out of the car and up to the rooms. On the second day we began interacting with Tara who was the closer. Our mornings we saw Mr Bill and we saw that they all genuinely enjoyed their job. The breakfast staff was friendly and always had good fresh food out. I was overjoyed when they brought out the chobani greek yogurt which is one of my favorite breakfast foods. The topping bar deserves its own sentence because I've never seen such a wide selection of things you could put on your yogurt or your oatmeal and I enjoy doing different combinations every morning. Every need that we brought to their attention was taking care of quickly. I highly recommend staying there.
