It's rare to be asked which floor you would like your room to be on, so this was the beginning of a great stay. The front office gentleman was so polite and attentive. The room was very nice and clean. I really love the light around the bathroom mirror. We had a room on the first floor and not too far from the front entrance but it was so quiet. Really loved the decorum of the room and would stay here again.

Booked a room with two beds, well in advance, when I got there, I was told that my room was given to someone else, was asked to go next door to a HIE and talk to a manager, ( I shouldn't have had to be the one to walk from one hotel to the other to try to fix their mistake) the manager of the H.I.E. was great, she walked with me back to Candlewood, to see what happened, then back to HIE. where she got a us room with two beds. My Great Thanks to her. was not told a good reason why I did not get the room I reserved. Will have to rethink about every booking again with Candlewood, if they can just change or cancel a room.

Excellent Stay – Clean, Safe, and Quiet! We stayed one night at this hotel and had a very positive experience overall. We booked the suite with a separate bedroom, and it was spacious and clean. The room felt fresh, well-maintained, and had plenty of space to spread out comfortably. The property itself is clean, safe, and quiet — exactly what we were looking for. We slept well with minimal noise from outside or neighboring rooms. The location was convenient, and we felt secure throughout our stay. The rate that night was a bit higher than we expected (in our opinion), but given the quality of the room and the overall comfort, we would definitely consider staying here again. Recommended for anyone looking for a reliable, clean, and peaceful hotel.
