Nothing. The room was filthy and not clean. The sheets were rough, and the bed skirting had nasty gross stains on them. The fridge smelled. The furniture was not cleaned properly or even at all. It’s like the previous people spilt something but never got cleaned up. Horrible hotel.

This place was disgusting. The AC leaked and soaked a large portion of the carpet. The staff’s only response was that he would bring us some towels and then he never actually did. The stairs were falling apart, the pool was green, and everything was dirty and outdated.

Upon check-in we were told that our reservation was cancelled because it was from a third party and the hotel overbooked. Additionally, the employee told me that my card was declined. I showed him my paid receipt from weeks ago and that it had cleared my bank then as well. We knew it was move in week at a local college, so we prepaid. Upon learning this, he asked if we would accept a different arrangement than what we reserved (a king instead of two queens.) I had asked for 2 queens which he then seemed to be able to arrange. Upon entering our room it was apparent that someone else was staying there. We return to check-in and asked for another room. We were given the room with a king bed. We had stayed here before, its a roof over your head. Not sure we will stay again.

This hotel is run very poorly. Bad management. I booked a room through Expedia and when I arrived there was no reservation. This is the absolute worst hotel I ever stayed in.

We were there 5 days and not one time. Did they come and change the towels? Take out the trash refresh our toiletries make the bed nothing. The only time that our trash went out is when I took it out and I had to go to the office each day to get new towels. There are people there that seem to be long-term. Guests smoking marijuana outside my room every single day even though there are signs literally posted everywhere that say no smoking within 15 ft of the building. It didn't change anything and management didn't do anything to stop that. And although the staff was nice, well at least the nighttime manager or the person on duty was nice. I don't know during the day. It's frustrating that there were three of us for 5 days and there was no attempt to do anything in our room. I will not ever stay here again. And the beds were much smaller than I was anticipating.

It was dirty, the non-smoking room was a smoking room, the only good thing about the place was the microwave
