The second room was better but not what I expect from an embassy suites. I have stayed at other Hilton properties that were in much better condition and standards of cleanliness. The happy hour food was weird and off putting. The floor in the dining/ breakfast room was sticky to walk on. The staff were all helpful and friendly.

First time coming. Everything was clean and breakfast was amazing. There was a lot of foot traffic and a lot of house keepers still cleaning other rooms well into 9pm but otherwise would stay again

This hotel experience was awesome. The hotel staff was welcoming and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious. The included daily breakfasts, drinks, and appetizers were an excellent perk we didn’t know about till we got there! Worth every penny. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area.

Large and clean, free happy hour drinks at the bar. The pool was really small compared to over hotels I’ve been to and very suspect. It had a strong smell and by the time we left the pool was cloudy and no longer clear. The hot tub was barely warmer than the pool.

Room was left uncleaned -- unexpected no housekeeping one day...we called like at 10:00 pm and someone came and did a quick clean and bed sheets...but was inconvenient for us. HOWEVER, the front desk courtesy and helpfulness was superb!

The water in the hot tub was cold and I had called before I had booked this to make sure they were working so obviously they lied

The coffee was excellent and the breakfast generous. I found the entire staff kind and attentive sand I loved my view of the trees in 347! I will be back soon
