Location to interstate was good. Alot of choices to eat. Room was clean Our room, while clean, had an odd odor. Was somewhat unpleasant.

The night of check in I accidentally dropped my keys down the elevator shaft. The night desk employee stated they would call call maintenance in the am. Kudos to Monica Williams front desk staff the next day who called all the right people and our keys were recovered. She was wonderful. Thanks to her we were on the road again! Nothing

Monica was great. We had an issue and she worked quickly to resolve things. Breakfast selection was also good. Stains on carpet, wallpaper was peeling, and there was a stain on one of the comforters.

Nothing They would not honor my rate and I drove a long way to get there and had a baby and they said it was a glitch in their system but I booked online and they refused to honor it and the manager also kept putting me on hold and not returning. Very upset and had to spend hours getting another hotel. It was almost midnight with a baby before I could check in somewhere else. Very disappointed!!!
