The young lady at the front desk was awesome. She was so helpful.

Love the place! Booked many times and will continue to do so. Very reasonable priced and no deposit. Staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend

The rooms had dirty towels. My family and I had 2 rooms and one room had no towels the other room had dirty towels. The tub had hair in it and the lamps had cobwebs. The television didn't work. There was plaster off the wall by the door. Front desk staff was pleasant but couldn't/didn't help much. The second floor had an odor. Pets are welcome which is cool but you shouldn't be able to smell them after they are gone and notice the remnants of hair and dander. 0/10 I do not recommend.

They double booked my room and I was left to find a new one at 1am. The staff were not helpful

Ice machines weren't working. It was very noisy both from the parking area and overhead, generally a poor night.

The water pressure in the shower was non existent. The towels were old, much like ones used to dry cars with in the 90's, also they were covered in some kind of dust or fuzz. The bed was comfortable enough and the room was quiet. We would not stay here again.

I liked everything else, except the fact that the TV in my room could not work. I amd the staff tried to rectify but we're unsuccessful. However, they offered me the opportunity to switch to another room with a working TV.

It was a clean room, staff was helpful, there was a minor delay in cking in because they were short staffed but I would stay here again

The room was nice but there was no shampoo or conditioner, no soap, not even a paper cup to get a drink of water. There was no breakfast, and it was stated on the website that there was breakfast and there wasn’t any and the ice machine was broke. If you’re not going to provide bathroom toiletries, you need to say that on the website. Also don’t say that you have breakfast and then there is none. I will not be staying here again if I ever come back to Alabama.

The front desk associate was very nice and helpful. She attempted to troubleshoot problems, but didn't have any resolutions. There were spiders in our room, and there were no other rooms available to move us to. She did call her manager to try to rectify but was unable. Money wasted unfortunately.

The room was the tiniest room I have ever stayed in. It was so tiny that I had to keep my suitcase on the bed while I tried to sleep . It was only my husband and I each having one small bag. The floor above made it noisy most of the night and the sheets were sweaty even though it was 68 degrees in the room. It was clean and relatively newly redone. Staff was friendly and efficient. The breakfast the best for a grab and go.
