I was double charged at check in, other than that everything was okay

No help in refund of credit card for a prepaid bill.

All ok They forget to clean rooms

Very nice was only there for a night, only thing is the tv didn’t work they said a storm had came through so the tv was out

My bed was not cleaned properly. It smelled like someone sweated in the room, bed and their body odor was still in the bed. I woke up and had a hard time returning to sleep because of the smell. So strong it seems like there was another person in my room. Maybe it was the headboard, but not sure, and didn’t want to find out.

Carpet was filthy,

Room smells like mildew or something old and wet. The comforter had stains on it.

The room was clean. Friendly staff. Ate at the bar and food was good

Rooms were clean but no microwaves which isn't a big deal but they did have small refrigerators. I give it a three overall but I would stay here again.

Great price for a decent room. Very convenient

The carpet around and under the sink was soaked from a leak, which caused me to slip when I went into the tiled bathroom. Fortunately I didn’t fall. The room smelled musty. The carpet in the halls was stained. The door was difficult to open and almost impossible to close then the keys stopped working. The breakfast was good but expensive and the attendant Wilma was very helpful. This terrible room cost us $196. When I complained at checkout the clerk told me he could only report my complaints but I could only get points back, NO REFUND. WORST EXPERIENCE I’ve EVER HAD AT A HOTEL.

Its proximity to the interstate. I was charged $100 more than the booking.com price!

Bad

The biggest issue,. and it was big to me thats why I gave 2 star. The fridge did not work in the room. I also called down and they never got it fixed. So our food kept spoiling from left overs and we had to buy a cooler and keep refilling it with ice. It was a week stay.

Room was clean staff were friendly.

I had a good stay and I greatly appreciate the customer service.

Clean room. Outdated furniture and room. Room was very clean but for a Marriott branded hotel I expected more modern furniture. TV, desk, etc outdated and looked worn
