Extended Stay America Select Suites - Atlanta - Marietta - Windy Hill

Clean outside and inside of the building,Amenities were ok not the best just ok. My room had tiny roaches coming out and crossing around everywhere in the room. Room keys kept deactivating every day so had to keep going to the front desk to reactive the keys . Side door entry was unworkable during our stay. Great location overall and Front desk were professional

Great staff

The room we were given was dirty. It smelled like mildew and marijuana. There were NO curtains on the windows. The TV and several of the electrical sockets did not work (we found out about the electrical sockets when trying to charge phones). The front desk shuts down at 9pm, so by the time we returned from our event, there was no way to address these issues. The day of check out, we left early. The front desk was still closed, I called them later in the day to report all the issues and was told by the lady at the front desk that she doesn’t understand why we were given that room and that we never should have been given that room. She stated that she was going to forward the info to her manager but did not offer a refund or even a discount for the room. I would never stay here again and I do not recommend.

I loved it here services was great

Location Everything else was horrible, all you could smell was weed everywhere you went. The room was filthy and falling apart. We checked out at 10:30pm. Would not stay.

The rooms looks clean, but it’s filthy. Weird people stay in this hotel. It smells like weed, wet clothes and the air conditioning was noisy. Don’t stay in this hotel if you love yourself

Extended Stays properties are always on top in regards to cleanliness and friendly front offices personnel. 100% recommended!!

The hotel itself was disgusting. Smelled like smoke everywhere, and I felt very unsafe. We left a day early and came back home.

Poorly maintained. You get few towels and you have to pay for everything else. Old bedsheets and furniture. Cleaning service every 2 wks. Carpet smells. You can get much better service for $20 more bucks per night. Do not recommend!

Prices get high sometimes but that’s it

I Booked at this hotel only to show up and tell me they don't have a room. I was also told they prioritize longer term reservations. Expedia customer service was excellent and finding me alternative accommodations.

The door to room 103 has to be pulled shut hard to be sure it latches when you leave. Otherwise, it will be easy for anyone to enter when you're not there. Also, I saw and killed a roach one night. Otherwise, there were no other problems.
