Holiday Inn Express Marietta - Atlanta Northwest by IHG

Clean room, friendly staff, complimentary breakfast buffet with great selection. Parking was an ease and Uber to Truist Park was cheap and easy.

Good location, many dining options, clean room, friendly staff, good breakfast

Exceptional

The hotel was great and so was the staff. . I really enjoyed my stay there and would definitely be back and tell others about it.

If possible, I always stay at HEI Marietta, Ga. I’ve been staying there for a few years as I have a relative living nearby. Staff are nice, rooms are always clean and the breakfast is very good. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Marietta, Ga.

Clean

Staff were very helpful and friendly. NA

The staff were so very nice and answered all questions quickly. The room was nice and clean. Great location

Check in and checkout was easy, and the staff was very nice. The room itself was spacious, and clean. The bathroom was clean as well. The hallways on both the first and fourth levels were dingy, dimly lit, and dirty floors. The elevator was hot, no ac, and dingy looking as well. All in need of a remodel or at least a face lift. The bathroom with the small, low to the floor toilet, very poor water pressure in the shower, and a sliding door that does not close all the way, lacking total privacy, are all unfavorable conditions to me. I won’t be quick to return to that location anytime soon.

The gentleman at the front desk was really kind, very friendly and was extremely professional. The gentleman at the front desk was really kind, and he did his best to assist, however they were at capacity so nothing could really be done. He offered a discount but because I booked this reservation through booking, he wasn't able to give it to me. The room and extreme sour smell similar to mildew / mold. The toilet would not flush fully. Went to use the restroom downstairs in the main library and that restroom was very dirty, and one of the toilets was clogged with tissue that was not only in the toilet but all over the floor.
