Hilton Garden Inn Martinsburg

Our waitress at breakfast was awesome! Friendly, professional and took my wife and I's order without writing it down and delivered it perfectly, including the dark toast!

The property is well maintained and the staff is friendly and super helpful The restaurant food is outstanding.

Convenient location, right off of 81. Close to food, gas and other shops. Property and room were clean, staff is pleasant and courteous.

No Nothing

We liked this hotel. We only have three complaints 1) one night parking was limited when we got back to the hotel. There was an event going on and there was no place for people staying there to park. We had to park near the townhouses. The 2nd complaint would be that there was an oddly placed hanging lamp above the one side of the bed. My husband is only 5’10” and he hit his head on it several times. 3) The shower door opens up to the toilet so the space to exit the shower is extremely tight. We are not big people so someone who was larger would have difficulty.

The rooms was very clean, very comfortable bed. I had an issue with getting the TV to come on. Someone quickly came to reset the TV.? I ordered the egg omelette for breakfast... it was amazing. I would definitely stay at the Martinsburg Hilton again and again!!

Let me tell you I've stayed in Hilton and in Charlotte Waverly walk or Waverly Way filthy I stayed in now I'm staying at Wilkes-Barre filthy Martinsburg was the best employest people of the whole I don't know what's going on with you guys with Martinsburg was the best West Virginia what I remember when I was younger these other ones they're going to s***the one in Wilkes-Barre they had toilet paper to somebody already used up there and they just keep folding it it's disgusting Martinsburg West Virginia was the best cleanest friendliest everything Nothing that was the best Hilton garden inn from every other state West Virginia is the best

Nice stay. Everything and every staff person was great!

The staff was very helpful. I booked through Expedia, paying for breakfast, but that credit did not make it through to the hotel, so we had to re-pay for breakfast once we got there. I think that was on Expedia, not on the hotel.

Clean, quiet and convenient place to visit with family. Breakfast was excellent and staff were very helpful.

I forgot toothpaste and toothbrush, was hoping there would be complimentary mini, but had to pay for it. Hotel staff was very nice.

For the area this was the best hotel option. Clean, friendly, close to Walmart, Target, and many food options. The hotel restaurant was clean and the food was good. The staff helped me and my toddler. She was kind enough to bring coloring materials to help with a squirming 1 yo. I can’t say enough good things.

Exceptionally friendly desk staff (especially Faith) and bar tender. Printer available in lobby for guest use. Super clean rooms and comfortable beds Breakfast service took a while
