Quality Inn Marysville

No cups were put in our room, so we had to get some ourselves. No apologies for those issues. The beds were very comfortable which we appreciated. However, our sleep was disturbed at 2.00 am by two men who kept trying get their key cards to open our door. It was a bit scary. After it kept on for quite a while, my husband got out of bed, looked out the eye hole, saw them and told them to move on because they had the wrong room. Getting back to sleep took a while which had an impact on our long drive that day. That was not the hotel’s fault, but it left a bad memory from our stay.

We have spent a lot of money here and everything theres issues like workers and staff just walking in the tv remotes dont work

Not very thorough in the cleaning of the rooms

After dinner, we returned to our room, which was now cool, but the AC cycled on/off all night long. It was either too hot or too cold, and was loud or dead silent. The bathroom was the worst I have ever seen. While it was updated within the past decade, it was smaller than small. I could stand with one foot in the walk-in shower and one foot on the floor, and I could reach out and touch both walls. You cannot open the bathroom door without first moving between the toilet and the shower. That's uncomfortable and unsafe! The sink is not in the bathroom; it's across from the bathroom in the entry foyer of the room. Very hard to have privacy while showering and getting ready for the day. Free breakfast offerings didn't look good; we went to the nearby Waffle House instead.

I tried to leave a detailed review, but so many things were awful. I don’t have enough room. I’ve never had to do this before. At the most basic level, I would like to warn people DO NOT STAY HERE. When you walk in the room, it looks crisp and clean. It is actually disgustingly dirty. I found garbage on the floor by my bed and many places throughout the hotel. The shower floor was BLACK with grime. The public restrooms were filthy and smelled hideous. The breakfast was gone an hour before it should’ve been. And I couldn’t get the front desk to come to my room to fix something. They didn’t answer the phone when I called, and when I went down to ask, they never came to help. Ironically, a very prominent red sign with an 8.0 rating hung on the wall behind the check-in desk. I think the owner‘s mother left that rating because it couldn’t possibly have been from someone in the general populice.

Bathroom was full of black mold. Shower head was caked in it. Disgusting. Beds were good.

I had a problem with 2 tvs in 2 seperate rooms the staff was very accommodating by moving me rooms and then they fixed the other 2 rooms tvs. Never complained and very nice and helpful.

Breakfast was great. Had a decent selection, The staff was amazing, helped us fix our TV and was just was very nice and helpful. The air conditioning worked just fine and the room was really clean, our beds sank in a touch towards the outsides but everything was just fine in general. Definitely worth your money!

Good location. Staff was nice. The room was very rundown and not very clean. The toilet made a lot of noise every time it was flushed, and water pressure was terrible.

Was older and the ac unit controls were broken

While I only needed a place to sleep, I wouldn’t have wanted to stay any longer due to the lack of cleanliness and maintenance. I hope the management addresses these issues for future guests.

It was a maze to get to my room. I had to walk up the stairs elevator did not go to my part of the building. Hall way was in the 80s as the heater was on in the summer. The shower was very dirty and room smelled. I booked for 4 days but after one night I immediately checked out the next morning. The front desk rep Ben I spoke with was very helpful, respectful and kind. He helped get a refund for the remaining nights not used.

The hotel was clean and very friendly Beds, no enough towels and trash bags in room (we had to ask for more)
