The property is right on the beach great location we had a king suit. The hotel was great. The room was clean. However there was a horrible smell. We thought it was just excessive use of cleaning products. We opened the patio door to try and air out.That was no help. We waited 24 hours to see if it would go away. It just seemed to get worse when the ac came on We did report it and was offered another room. It smelled just as bad. We were in room 909. We did talk to the couple staying next to us and they said their room had no smell. The hotel says it started after they did some remodeling. So be aware. The only other small complaint is there is no microwave. Small inconvenience but nothing we couldn’t deal with. The room smelled and there was no microwave

Perfect Location! The air conditioning is too loud and you can’t control it. There was a very strange smell in the rooms!

Perfect location for the sunrise. We came to town to pick up a relative up Cape Canaveral after a cruise. Convenient, about 30 minutes from the cruise lines. Downfall, balconies are very close, so if you have obnoxious neighbors, we'll, then, you get the picture - and this is no fault of the hotel. Staff very friendly and courteous. Room was awesome to listen to the ocean waves and wake up to the sunrise. We arrived at dark and left immediately after the sun came up so we didnt spend much time in the area to evaluate the location itself for a lengthy stay. Definitely, a great location and beautiful site for an overnight stay away from home. Loud neighbor unaware of others and her surroundings.

Location was good, and the view from the room was great. Just a very old and very basic hotel. None of the amenities were really operating, and the air conditioning was extremely noisy. The drain in the bathroom was blocked, so the water just accumulated in the shower. All tiles throughout the apartment with no rugs or anything for under your feet was a little bit frustrating. Bed was comfortable. It just felt like an old hotel that had been renovated, which was fine.

While our room was clean the odor in the room was pretty powerful and unpleasant. Lots of other reviews mention this as well which makes it disappointing that management must not want to address this. With that said the view and location is wonderful. No real meaningful amenities. All staff we interacted with were extra friendly. Lobby could use a deep clean. Hot water heater in the bedroom made noise all night. Air conditioner in room controls didn’t work, seemed like it was designed that way. Bed was really comfy and good room size. Would consider again for a short stay but not more than one or two nights…

The building has over 400 rooms they showed me two rooms and both of them had an extremely horrible smell that made me nauseous. Refused to try to do anything else kept my money tied up for six days and I was unable to stay. I had to sleep in my truck for five days as the only credit card I had they had tied up. Nothing g

The only reason for a 4 star is due to the fact that they updated their window curtains and they carried a smell of vomit with them. We needed to switch our room and each room just smelled awful. I am sure it will air itself out, but it’s awful and gross.

Pool was great, beds comfy, oceanview was amazing FREE fresh continental breakfast would have been nice
