Comfort Inn Memphis Airport West

My stay there wasn’t pleasant at all. During check in while waiting my turn I sat in a chair and it broke on me. I injured my knee. The front desk acted like I did something to the chair. He said what did you do like I sawed of the leg. So I spent the rest of my trip in pain and limping. Next while getting settled in the room

Facility was outdated and not clean.

staff was ok. The room smelled bad. moldy musty. we had to go to walmart to buy air freshener to spray. There were dark spots on the ceiling. peeling walls in the bathroom. mold in the tub. it smelled like a musty old camper. The air in there felt moist. carpet was moist and not really clean. the desk chair cover was peeling.

Room smelled, fold out bed didn't fold back up made the room unusable, inadequate lighting over the desk

Comfortable rooms. Convenient location. Breakfast foods (eggs, sausages) were not hot. Overall a decent value for the money spent.

The cleanliness of the hotel wasn't that good.

smell moldy

room smelled moldy and bed made noise when i moved. tv was fuzzy no clear channels

Staff was great! Bed was comfortable and room was clean. 4 stars because the room was incredibly musty smelling. They had said it was full for the night so I didn't bother asking to be moved to a new room. It smelled as water had leaked somewhere and stayed for a long time. That was the only bad thing that we experienced.

nothing staff was rude & i accidentally left something in the room & was told it wasn’t left behind went back to hotel and the front desk lady had the device but told me over the phone it wasn’t anything left behind , room walls was filthy, ac unit was extremely loud & barely blowing cold air room was stuffy day and night ! ask about being moved to another room because of the ac unit was told they couldn’t move me.

Reasonably priced , Close to Graceland , satisfactory Breakfast. The room was a bit dated .

Mold in both rooms, dirty carpet, very strong cleaning/disinfectant/chemical odor.
