The rooms were nice size and comfortable! The breakfast was great but the bacon was super hard! They did not refill the pans but it was 8:30! Nice to have real tableware, napkins, and silverware!!!

The hotel was overall decent with the exception of the bedding and loud air condition making noise which interrupted our sleep. The mattresses should be changed out because it sinked in the middle preventing a good night sleep and rest.I enjoyed the surroundings, especially the number of restaurants in the area and the Wolfchase Mall nearby. This hotel, in my opinion, could be an upscale hotel if these issues were addressed and maintaining the current value. We did not talk to the employees other than in the breakfast area and front desk, they were friendly.

Staff was nice and helpful.. the room itself wasn't clean. Housekeeping left a used towel hanging in the shower.. it had pubic hair in the towel from use. There was blood smeared on the wall near the lightswitch. The pool was closed for maintenance (I picked the hotel because it had a pool). We went to breakfast and the floors were really sticky and nothing was cleaned up.

Was very upset because the pool was down for maintenance and the front desk didn’t inform me and I wasn’t the only person who didn’t know. They didn’t offer a 10% discount or nothing smh.

Labor Day weekend pool was closed for maintenance, it was closed Friday,Saturday and when we left Sunday it was still closed

The only reason I booked there was because of indoor pool. Pool was closed. Had trouble getting clean towels and basic room cleaning. Shower had mold and mildew around bottom edges. I asked staff for help with towels and sheets and pillows for couch bed, took 2 days to get them. Floors were filthy, walked around barefoot until I noticed dirt and filth on the bottom of my feet, had to wear sliders to keep feet clean in the room. Nasty!

Secondly, one of the main reasons I picked this property was the indoor pool so I could do my water exercises. The pool was closed both days we were there because the pool needs a new pump. I wish so had known that before booking.
