All I have to say is that the room was so musty/moldy smelling that I couldn’t stay in there. We asked to move to another room and we were told there were none. Terrible, worst hotel room I have ever been in.

When I got in the room, the smell was being pulled in through the ac vent. I immediately checked out. This might not bother some. However, the impact of second hand smoke is well documented and harmful to one’s lungs. To each his own, till it impacts another’s ability to stay in their own room.

The only problem was the awful smell in the stairwell - one night it smelled like urine and the other it smelled like pot. Our room also had a faint odor of urine - but it may have been coming from the air conditioner unit and cleared up after a bit (or we just got used to the smell). Expedia listed the pet boarding fee as $50, and they were wrong. It is $75.00.

Upon my arrival, the concierge was on the phone with another customer trying to help them which I was grateful to see happening. However, she could’ve greeted me and said please hold on, but she did not. She did not even acknowledge me or apologize. The room was pretty decent. My biggest complaint was the Keurig was not clean and I had to run numerous cycles to get it clear enough to make some coffee.

We couldn't locate the designated dog area and there wasn't any poop bags or trash can designated for them. Other than that, we all had a good stay and appreciated being near the stairwell making it easier to take our pet outside.

The breakfast was great. Many options, not just cereal and yogurt but eggs, meat and pastries.

Breakfast was awesome. Bed was comfortable. The young lady that checked us in was very helpful. The lady that helped in the breakfast area was very kind and helpful also. Nothing really.. Maybe the elevator because it was so old my husband refused to ride in it. We put my bags and myself in it and he met us on the ground floor.

There was no microwave in the room, the room was damp and muggy as well. Also the hallways smelt like weed.
