Stuff on bedsheets and towels was not clean the fridge did not work and park was hard to find a spot to park

The hotel room and staff were fine. We went to breakfast and were terribly disappointed with the service. We asked for coffee and it came 15 minutes later. No cream, as asked for. When the cream came, the coffee was cold. We then ordered a meal and waited over 45 minutes for the meal to arrive. The waitress tried to give us three orders that were not what we ordered. We noticed others complaining about their meals. We finally just left.

We stayed here while we were attending a show at the Mesa Amphitheater. It was insanely convenient, the price wasn't bad and the hotel was beautiful. We ate some dinner in their little Cafe and had a good breakfast the next day in their on site restraunt. We definitely enjoyed our stay

Exceptional hotel! Very clean and updated. Great amenities and very good buffet breakfast. Close, convenient location. Would definitely stay here again.

And the worse part was construction around, woke me up every day at 5 am, made bad headaches, I told receptionist, they just said sorry, and the location was not a good and acceptable

Very clean place, good amenities, and very helpful staff. The bathroom could use an update. I stayed for three nights, and the fan in the bathroom did not work, and the lack of water pressure made it hard to completely rinse the shampoo out of your hair. I will stay there again and give it another chance.
