Check in was fast and easy. Friendly staff. Price was affordable. Breakfast was delicious. Wasn't a continental breakfast which was a big plus. Location was clean. Our stay was comfortable over all. Nothing

left early to catch flight and missed breakfast

Everything. We stay here every chance we get. Very convenient location to establishments we frequently go to.

Microwave was full of old nasty towels full of food TV cut in and out

The C-Store was very understocked. But Toni at the front desk did everything she could to contact us when we left a bag behind.

Loved the hospitality of the lady who was mopping when we arrived but also checked us in. Wish I could have tipped her. Because she was so hospitable I’ll be returning Can’t complain

It was bad stuff was calling and calling asking for the name of my guess it was annoying

I honestly will never stay at this place again. We go into our room I didn’t have much time to look around until we got back around 10pm. I go into the bathroom and it was absolutely disgusting. My son took a shower and he said the water wasn’t draining. I see that there is tons of hair that isn’t ours floating in the tub. The ceiling has yellow stains and the corners of the shower and by the toilet were filthy.

great place to stay for a trip

Everyone who works there goes out of there to make you feel comfortable..front desk is awesome and helpful we are very happy with our stay

Great service!! Very clean hotel!!

Ok I booked this room and paid for it for my grandson, his wife, and two small children. I asked about them checking in early as we had a family wedding h. The staff said that they needed to call when they got close to checking in. When they called and then checked in, my grandson was charged $100.00 for the early check in. I wasNEVER told there was a fee for early check in, If that is not returned I will never recommend Holiday Inn Express to anyone, nor , will I ever book for myself or any family member again. I trust this will be handled immediately! Thank you! Kathleen Rhodes Joshua Moore was booked the night of August 15–16, 2026
