Westernaire Motel

Superb

the A/C was off when we arrived, room was extremely hot, it maybe should have been set to a cooler temperature for our arrival.

Not crowded Property is off a main thoroughfare… lots more f construction in the area. Difficult to get into the property after just barely making a u-turn, missing a construction barrier.

Great location; large room. Obviously a 1960's era motel, but it was perfect for our needs. A full size fridge/freezer, a table to use for eating and another for the computer. It was a quaint and pleasant surprise find.

Exceptional

Exceptional

Homeless sleeping in the corners and the police patrolling often.

I didn't try the breakfast. I forgot one was offered. I booked my stay at the last minute when I realized I didn't want to drive to Maricopa after a 3.5 hour flight into Mesa arriving at 11:30. It's an OLD motel, but kept clean enough. The mirrors in the bathroom were mounted too high on the wall.

Superb

Welcoming staff, large room, full kitchen, clean even though it’s dated, quiet Neighborhood

It was like a little house with a yard. I liked it. Homeless sleeping in the corners and the police patrolling often.

Pleasant

The room was quiet, large, and clean. The neighboring property is a bit rough, but not something this business has any control over.
