The staff was friendly and the room was clean.

When I was checking in at approximately 6 PM, I asked the desk Mark is there anyone in the hotel that could possibly help me I’m disabled get my stuff out of the car up to the room. I’ll pay them $40. She said no she was the only one in the whole hotel. I find that hard to believe or just really poor management. I get to the room it’s a two room suite with two queen beds. There are zero lights in the living room. There’s two in the little kitchenette. There’s one chair at a dining room table for a room that’s supposed to sleep six the only other chair is in the desk in the bedroom that you can’t move it because it’s stuck between the bed and the desk the bathroom was fantastic. It’s beautiful it’s clean. Everything was clean, but the furnishings are like 1980s in the living room the fold down couch cushion SAG I’ve got a little aluminum table beside the couch and two rolling cushions in front of the couch air conditioners work great it smelled like somebody peed in my coffee maker so I had to call Walmart and have them deliver a new one for me. Because I was told by the desk that they didn’t have any more coffee makers.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast is really good. You do have to pay for parking which was a little confusing. Since it's connected to the convention center it's a little confusing that you need to pay for parking so we did ask after overhearing someone else that was confused also.

Had to pay for parking on the property. It is an older property but well maintained. Everything was good nothing was great. One of the two elevators was broken. I would return because of the price.

The room was clean and breakfast was good and staff were friendly and ac was really good.

There was only one working elevator, the water pressure in the shower was very low. Besides that, everything was fine.
