Excellent location – walkable to restaurants and shops. Loved the pool on the eighth floor overlooking Biscayne Bay. Staff was friendly and helpful – will definitely be staying here again.

The location is great and Valet parking went well. Elevators took too long, no "do not disturb" sign in room to place on door, in room phone did not work, no room service, & no late check out available.

The location of the hotel is the best feature - central to Coconut Grove and the water. The hotel rooms are old, the kitchens and appliances are extremely old and need to be replaced. They've renovated the lobby so that it looks good but most of the rest of the hotel is old and dated. There's nowhere to get a cup of hot water in the hotel and it was a mission just to get hot water to make a tea every morning. Certain members of the staff at the front desk are unreliable and don't have good customer service. One front staff member told me she'd provide a certain type of room and put a "special note" in their system. Then later when I came to check in, another staff member said that type of room doesn't exist. ??? Another staff member said she'd call me and let me know my room number. They never called. Overall, the only reason to go to this hotel is for the location. Otherwise, they have a lot to improve!

The Arya is my home away from home.I stay there weekly or more and from the time I drive or walk up to when I leave I feel at special and welcomed. The staff are fabulous and the rooms are clean and many rooms are being upgraded. Leadership and management at all levels take pride in the work and the entire team is a reflection of this pride. I have stayed here multiple times and each time it is excellent. Great location. Clean and large rooms. Great amenities.

We loved our stay at Arya. Great room size, great view, comfortable bed and bedding. The pool and hot tub were fabulous and the view outstanding. The only thing I could come up with for a recommendation is to update the kitchen a bit more. But with that would come an increase in price per night. So there's that. I feel it was a great place to stay and worth the price.
