Homewood Suites by Hilton Miami Airport West

Great comfortable rooms and excellent breakfast

Everything

Exceptional

Great rooms. Very comfortable. Very nice staff. My daughter loved the pool

El check in debería ser 2 pm máximo.

The breakfast was very good. Nice selection of both hot and cold foods. Dining area was clean and staff very nice. The room was spotless! Full kitchenette, nice sitting area with a large TV. THE WHOLE room was very, very nice! Staff was great, genuinely sincere, very pleasant. I didn't utilize the pool or gym, but they looked nice and very clean. We used their shuttle to/from the airport. No wait either way... very timely. Just a great experience all the way around. I would have preferred bacon in place of sausage for breakfast, but I'm groping to list something I didn't like.

Unexpected rules and hidden fees at check-in set a bad tone. The room had an overwhelming smell that made me nauseous, and the bed and pillows provided a terrible night's sleep.

The free hot breakfast was great and clean. The staff was very on top of the food area Unexpected rules and hidden fees at check-in set a bad tone. The room had an overwhelming smell that made me nauseous, and the bed and pillows provided a terrible night's sleep.

They provide shuttle service

The chick in was fast although the girl that was there didn't explain any thing about time of breakfast and the parking which they charge for.

Staff was very helpful at check in. Also gave me a toothbrush and toothpaste as I didn't have any. Also, the next day when after I checked out, I realized that I had left something in my room, I contacted them and they are sending to me at home. Wonderful service!

The $8 charges to use the washing machine and dryer

Everything was great The $8 charges to use the washing machine and dryer

Public restroom in lobby in need of updating/reno

Not bad but need improvement

Great stay, very close to the Cruise Port.

Clean room and bathroom, pool was nice and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful especially after a delayed flight. I would recommend and stay again.

We have always stayed here when going on a cruise, free hot breakfast, free airport shuttle to and from airport. A shuttle to cruise port at a very good price, full kitchen if staying longer with laundry and a pool. There are resturants in walking distance.

Very quiet - Room was spacious! Breakfast space was good - as was WiFi. Coffee was terrible !!! Undrinkable! Needed sometime to go with the eggs - bacon / sausages .. Airport shuttle driver more concerned work arrivals. Left me at complete wrong end of the check ins - had to walk for 15mins +

Great experience!
